Role

• As Head of Talent Acquisition, your role will be to manage the global recruitment plan in 2+ countries while supporting the recruitment team based in İzmir.
• You will lead and develop our team of a-players, both talent acquisition managers and coordinators, all of whom will work to continuously improve the recruitment process at Zuuks.
• This position will be located full time in İzmir and relocation for the role will not be offered at this time.

Must have

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including an experience within a scale up
• Previous experience building and managing a recruitment team
• Large scale recruitment process experience
• Tech-savvy
