Business Development

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development professional to join Zuuks and help expand our global partnerships and commercial opportunities. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with strategic partners and global brands, and manage partnerships from first contact through negotiation and closing. You will work closely with internal teams to create collaborations that strengthen our games, brand, and revenue growth.

Role

• Identify and develop new business and partnership opportunities for Zuuks.
• Build relationships with global brands, licensing partners, platforms, and strategic partners.
• Manage the full business development cycle from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and deal closing.
• Develop creative partnership, licensing, sponsorship, and in-game brand integration opportunities.
• Prepare partnership proposals and presentations tailored to potential partners.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, legal, and game development teams to execute partnerships.
• Monitor gaming, mobile, advertising, and licensing trends to identify new growth opportunities.

Must have

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, or a similar commercial role.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with full professional proficiency.
• Ability to confidently lead meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations in English with international partners and senior-level executives.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build partnerships, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with outbound prospecting.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and evaluate revenue opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and maintain a structured business development pipeline.
• Strong interest in gaming, mobile apps, digital entertainment, or technology.
