A report that can be reproduced gets fixed. A report that cannot, usually cannot be.
Five things make the difference:
1. Your phone or tablet - the model, not just "Android".
2. The version of the game, from the store page or the game's own settings screen.
3. What you were doing, step by step, right before it happened.
4. What you expected, and what happened instead.
5. Whether it happens every time, or happened once.
A screenshot or a short video is worth more than all five. If you can record it happening, record it.
One problem per topic, please. Three problems in one topic get one answer and two of them get forgotten.
