Rules and what this is for

What this place is for

The Community is where players of Zuuks games talk to each other: about the routes they drive, the companies they build, the skins they paint and what they would like to see in the games next.

• Show what you have built - your company, your fleet, a route you are proud of.
• Ask for the vehicles, the cities and the features you want, and tell us why.
• Help somebody who is stuck. Most questions here have been answered by another player first.

What belongs in Support instead

Anything about your own account, your purchases or a problem only you are having needs a support ticket, not a topic. The Community cannot see your account, and the people who can are not reading it.

• A purchase that did not arrive, or a refund.
• A lost account, or one you cannot sign in to.
• A crash or a problem that nobody else seems to have.

How to treat each other

• Disagree with the post, not with the person.
• No insults, no harassment, and nothing aimed at somebody for who they are - their country, their religion, their sex or anything else.
• Nothing sexual, nothing violent, nothing illegal.
• Do not post anybody's personal details, including your own. Not addresses, not phone numbers, not e-mail addresses.
• One topic per subject. Posting the same thing in five boards does not get it read five times.
• No advertising, no referral links and nothing for sale.

Skins

A skin you share here is seen by everybody, so it has to be yours to share.

• Only upload artwork you made yourself, or that you have permission to use.
• Real company liveries, logos and brand marks belong to those companies. Do not use them.
• Every picture is looked at by a person before it appears. That takes a little time.
• A skin that breaks these rules is removed. Doing it repeatedly costs you the right to share them.

Before it appears

Nothing here goes straight up. A new topic, a reply and a skin are all read by somebody first, and that is deliberate: a forum attached to games children play cannot be a place where anything appears before anybody has looked at it.

• You will see your own post while it is waiting, marked as waiting.
• If it is not published you are told, and told why.
• Post here for a while without any trouble and the wait gets shorter.

When something is wrong

• Every topic, reply and skin has a Report button. Use it rather than replying to argue.
• Reporting is anonymous - the person you reported is not told who reported them.
• Reporting something because you disagree with it is not what the button is for.

If we remove something of yours

You are told what was removed and why. If you think we got it wrong, say so - a moderator reads it again, and we do change our minds.

• Repeatedly breaking the same rule costs you posting for a while.
• Doing it after that costs you posting for good.
• Deleting your account is always yours to ask for, and what you wrote stays without your name on it.
