**Zuuks Games does not process refunds directly.** Purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store are covered by those stores' own refund policies and by consumer law where you live, so the request has to be made at the store where the purchase happened.

Have the order number ready - it starts with GPA. for Google Play - and make the request as soon as you notice, because both stores have time limits.
