Role
Being responsible for all HR activities and operations
Developing a solid understanding of the company’s organizational structure, values, and culture
Working closely with the other team members to create the hiring process and ensure high-quality talent recruitment
Identifying top talent and converting prospects into active candidates
Using various tools and research methods and networking to place top talent and build a robust candidate flow
Managing onboarding and orientation program to ensure newcomer adaptation & engagement
Seeking creative ways to improve the employee experience and our culture
Analyzing and outlining present and future organizational capabilities to support our growth
Thinking about new ways of transforming people strategies.
Keeping up to date with the latest talent supervising trends and creating a base to apply them.
Own and manage complete life cycle recruitment for our roles.
Must have
Excellent command of English is a must.
Passion for making an impact from the beginning (hiring) until the end of the talent management process.
